Wayne J. Bland PORTSMOUTH - Wayne J. Bland, 55, of Neville Street, died Nov. 20, 2009. He was born to Shirley Bland and the late Horace Bland. A funeral will be held Saturday, Nov. 28, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Corprew Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Olive Branch Cemetery.
