Not sure what to say?

I just heard about you Wayne You taught me how to love I loved you so much Your gentle soul I will remember forever. I can not believe someone so previous was taken I sent you birthday cards for serval years I hope you got to read them. I read all the stores about the river that was apart of our life that we will never forget. Going to watch you play in the band I was so proud of you. I met your parents at one of your Dads birthday. This breaks my heart to hear that you are not here. I...

I hadn't seen Wayne in a long time. One day several years ago I was in his neighborhood and stopped by to see him. Like always, he answered the door with a smile. We had a good visit. Wayne and I played in bands together off and on from the mid 80's until the early 90's. I remember the time he invited me to the Brazos and I almost did go because I can't swim very well at all. Despite that fact, Wayne managed to teach me how to knee board. I always had fun around Wayne. He was a great...

In addition to having Shirley and Eason in our lives when we moved to Freeman ct. in 1977, Wayne was a bonus. He was into chevy engines and he and I had similar interests. I could always rely on him for tips when I was repairing one of our cars or trucks. Wayne was alway a gentle and cordial soul. We miss him much. God Bless Eason....we love you.....!!

When Mom and I visited Eason and Shirley, we were delighted to spend time with Wayne also. He was a true Southern gentleman, just like his Dad. I am so very sorry and will keep Eason in my thoughts and prayers.

Wayne I enjoyed working with you in 1979 at vandergriff chev. It was fun! Can`t believe you`re gone.

OH MY GOSH I cannot believe this!! It has been years since we were all out on the river skiing and sharing so many laughs and good times, making so many great memories!!! I will never forget the small "pup" tent you had and our little pug "pup" (Waylon) loved it as much as you...and you were very annoyed each morning having no sleep due to his snoring! The pyramid you guys made taking three boats to pull ya'll up! How we laughed! You were such a great person and friend. You were fun,...

"Ladies & Gentlemen, boys and girls" ... that's how I remember Wayne’s entry into a room when we all got together. I have so many fond memories of Wayne. Tommy knew Wayne long before I did, but I became to know him in the late 80's working at Vandergriff Chevrolet. We all spent so much time together on the Brazos River. He introduced us to Jagermeister ... one of the ‘belly-warmers’ of choice, when we were crazy enough to water ski in January. We'd head to the island, tie up and...
