My heart breaks at the passing of a dear middle school and high school classmate of mine from Griffith School in Winston-Salem, NC. Even though it's been a long time ago, I still recall Wayne's lively personality..so interested in everything! He was very intelligent in all subjects, and seemed to automatically become class leader! He was a special person, studious and fun to be around. He loved everyone, and we all loved him! We were each part of a group that had been selected years earlier...

I took a spin class that Wayne instructed at ACC and enjoyed taking other classes with he and Bennie. Great and inspiring couple. Prayers for the family.
