Mr carter was and still is my role model. He looked out for me knowing I needed a male role model. I miss Mr carter. He will never be forgotten

Mr Carter was a "Superman" for Lake MS and Ford Elementary school. Working with Mr. Carter raise the bar for Ford Elementary School for being a teacher, and as a friend. Thank you Mr. Carter for your leadership, friendship and dedication with DPS!

I went to UNC with Wayne, he was a great person to be around, and had a huge heart for those around him. He was taken from us way too soon.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
