Not sure what to say?

Saddened to discover Mr. Childer's passing. I had the blessing of working for him at Deerbrook. He was the ideal boss. Always had time to seek me out, ask me how I was doing, if I had what I needed to perform well for him. If there was a difficult conversation that needed to be had he was up front and ready to overcome challenges head on with a positive and winning attitude. He was dedicated to his family. He loved nature.

So deeply sorry for your loss.
Wayne was a wonderful young man.
Was heartbroken to hear of his passing. My brother Tom grew up with Wayne and considered him a brother. Wayne's memory will live in our hearts forever. Our hearts a prayers are with you all and God bless Wayne and the entire Childers Family. Love and blessings

I was very sad to learn of Wayne's passing. During high school and college, I worked for him at AMC Deerbrook. My life would be very different without his positive influence; words can't explain the help he gave me during a tough time. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Our hearts are breaking for your family. You are in our thoughts and prayers. We met Wayne a few times during high school events and Prom weekend last year with Brennan. He was such a kind soul. God Bless your family.
