I had the honor of working with Wayne at Parke Davis in Ann Arbor Michigan. He was a truly gifted scientist and a wonderful person. I have followed his career over the past years and was not surprised at all to see him rise so rapidly through the ranks of science. His contributions to medical research have been many and his sharp intellect and quick wit will be missed.
