i worked for Diede Construction for many years. Wayne was always straight forward and to the point. If you didnt understand? Ask! I felt that he always had, or make time for his employees concerns. What a good boss should do. I enjoyed my employment with them and my heartfelt sympathy goes out to Steve and family as well as Bruce and his family. im sure Wayne will be sorely missed and my condolences go out to the family and all who knew him.
