Not sure what to say?

I sang with Wayne in the choir at Westminster, my first professional singing position. He was always, kind, patient, supportive, and complimentary to me as I bumbled long learning the ropes. Rest in peace.

Wayne, I met in 1980 as he was a manager of a small sandy's store in downtown Gresham. A very positive nice man he was aways the same a true gentleman throughout the 2 decades I knew him. Rest in peace. David Tanaka

Will always remember you giving Tom and I press passes and taking us back stage to see Bob Hope at the Rose Festival. And all the fun trips to the coast when I was little. Thanks for all the good times Uncle Wayne.

Sue's Dad, that's how I knew him...always happy and encouraging to myself and our friends. The Fry's house was a favorite when we were growing up. I often think of his positive outlook on life and willing commitment to so many different endeavors. Warmest regards to you Betty, Beth, Sue (my partner in adventures so many years ago) and your families.

I often think of his positive outlook on life and his willing commitment to so many different endeavors and although I haven't seen him in years I will miss him. Wayne was a treasured mentor of mine at Sandy's Cameras during the early 1970's. He was unflappable. One thing he said at one fall morning sales meeting/pep rally always stuck with me: "Tell your customers to buy some film and go to the beach and take some pictures, the vine maples are in full color right now, it's beautiful!" How true; I always think of him when we drive to the coast.

Wayne was the first neighbor we met when we moved to our home in Alameda. We will always remember the warm welcome he gave us! Our prayers and thoughts are with Betty and the rest of the Fry family.

Wayne will be remembered as a good friend and neighbor, leader in neighborhood watch, builder, weaver, guide of walking downtown tours, photographer, stong Christian. He was our neighbor for42 years, and we will miss him.
