Chef Wayne G. Hooker

Who does that??? Chef Wayne with Lisa...after a great 4 days in New Orleans, Wayne calls us as we are boarding a flight to the Caribbean to say hello and in 2 minutes, they decide to join us! Lisa & Wayne went home to Springfield, got passports and 5 hrs later we were together again laughing, eating and having MORE fun! The Cooper´s are sincerely grateful for the time we had with you. Wayne knew how to create unforgettable memories!!!

A colleague of mine introduced me to his restaurant and the rest was history. He brought so many people of all walks of life together through his passion of food and will never be forgotten, rest in peace!

Big man with a bigger heart, rest in peace Wayne. You will be missed.
