Not sure what to say?

Still missing you old friend.

He was one of my favorite teachers and school and somebody I used to see and wait on at the doctors office. I am sorry this is late I did not even know that he had passed. It was a lot of fun to have as a teacher

Wayne's friendship, humor and warmth enriched all who knew him. I still remember living next door to Wayne freshman year at Holy Cross and his larger than life presence. And it's a joy to read of so many he touched as a teacher and friend. A life well lived!

Mary, and Dad's beloved girls, I am so sorry to read this obituary today. Wayne was intelligent, witty, comedic, and above all kind. He did so much for others so often behind the scenes and with little adulation. His students knew how much he cared. It did not matter if one was a "star" student, Wayne cared for all kids. He was a great help to me during my time at Manchester West for which I will always be grateful. His love of history and politics is legendary. How much fun we had inviting...

I admired Wayne for his honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for others. His passion for behaving in an ethical manner was notable and truly set him apart from others. He will be missed.
