Services, with military rites, for Wayne Tindall Livingston, 56, of Cayce, will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2004 in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of West Columbia, officiated by Rev. Erskine Shivers. Burial will follow at Southland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to LifePoint (organ donation), 4200 Faber Place, Charleston, SC 29405.
Mr. Livingston died Sunday, April 25, 2004. Born in Livingston, SC, he is the son of Ellena Tindall Livingston and the late James Hugh Livingston, II. Mr. Livingston was a member of Hebron Methodist Church in Livingston. He served in the Army during the Viet Nam War. Mr. Livingston enjoyed music, playing his guitar and maintaining "Wayne's Whirl," a permanent guitar store at the Barnyard Flea Market. Mr. Livingston was also an organ donor.
Surviving, besides his mother of Lexington, are his wife, Juanita Livingston; daughter, Shayne Livingston of Cayce; brothers; Hughey Livingston, III of Columbia, Danny Livingston of St. Matthews; and a number of loving family and friends.
