April 15, 1957-Dec. 11, 2017 After the tears have dried and we said our goodbyes, it is with great sadness, and with heavy hearts, as if iron has entered our souls, that we share sad news of the passing of our brother, son, uncle, cousin and friend, Wayne Lundgren. Wayne went to be with the Lord...

Wayne has been one of the most entertaining and best Friend and neighbor that a person could ask for. We met in the summer of 1992 while building our house next too the house he was building for himself. It was late in the evening when he came up the ladder onto our back deck, and walked in thru the open window and introduced himself as the Mayor of Lake Loma, we all had a good laugh and pizza together, became good friends and would help each other from that point on. The rest is history....

Wayne was a member of the gunneling crew at Reinell boats in Marysville back in the early 70's . That's where we first met and one of the people that helped make working there so much fun. The crew will miss you my friend.

Wayne was one of the first neighbors to welcome us into the neighborhood 5 years ago. We found his knowledge and humor went hand in hand. He enjoyed visiting and we enjoyed sharing a meal and a laugh. His wit and humor made for a joyful experience. With great humor, Wayne enjoyed it when we referred to him as "The Acting Mayor" of Lake Loma! With a heavy heart, we will miss our neighbor and our friend.
