Wayne E. Murphy, 48, a lifelong resident of Chicopee, Massachusetts, a longtime employee of Bay State Medical Center, died at his home on Wednesday, August 22, 2001. Calling hours are scheduled for Saturday, August 25, 2001, 10-11 a.m., at First Church in Ludlow, 859 Center Street (Route 21), Ludlow, Massachusetts. Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, 11 a.m., at the church. Burial will be private. Memorial donations are appreciated to First Church in Ludlow Memorial Fund, 859 Center Street, Ludlow, MA 01056. Arrangements entrusted to Kapinos-Mazur Funeral Home, Ludlow, Massachusetts.
We wanted you all to know how sad we were to hear about Wayne's passing. We will always remember Wayne's enjoyment for fun and laughter in our earlier days together as we had plenty of it !! Our thoughts and prayers are with Wayne and each and every one of you.
