Not sure what to say?

I was Wayne´s 3 rd grade teacher, neighbor, friend. I just saw the notice on Stephen´s Facebook. I have so many memories of him. He used to work for my husband after school, and he would stay after supper and play with my 4 children. They loved him. My sympathies to Nancy and to his sons and their families.

I was also privileged to know Wayne as a Peer Leader in ISD 196. He was a wonderful teacher and colleague, respected by so many. I'm sure he impacted many, many students over his career in truly positive and inspiring ways. My deep sympathy to his family. He will be missed.

What a man and colleague Wayne was! Working with Mr. Nylin was such a joy. He taught his students manners and talked about character with them. His laugh would echo through the halls, making Northview a truly happy place. Wayne was the first to hold a door for anyone, carry things out to someone's car, and help out in any way he could. Wayne lived his beliefs. I am better for having known Wayne Nylin. My heart is with the Nylin family as you learn to live in THIS world without him. We...

I am saddened to learn of Wayne's passing. He always had a smile that made his blue eyes twinkle. He loved working with the kids and they were blessed to have him as their teacher. My prayers are with you and his family.

Just blessed to be friends with Wayne and Nancy! That friendship brought us so much laughter, fun, hugs, tears and more! Wayne took charge of packing up our moving truck on a brutal Minnesota day and it remains the most well-packed truck ever! As couples we went bowling and so make it more interesting, we bowled backwards through our legs - never laughed so hard! They loved us through a difficult time in life and stuck with us and helped us move forward! Much love to the Nylin family! Craig...

Dear Mr Nylin's Family, I have gotten to know Wayne through the Bunker Family and my wife who was one of his students. He was always smiling and very cordial to me. I'm thankful to share this journey with him. Sending you our thoughts and prayers for you all. Jess, Chris, Landon Huso
