He will be missed greatly as he was such a generous, compassionate and loving man.

My prayers go out to Wayne and family. He will be truly be missed. He was a great man. I got to share something special with Wayne, a mission trip to Pierdras Negras. He assisted us sorting out and distributing donated food to less fortunate people in Mexico. God Bless Wayne and Family.

Our prayers are with Wayne's family. Our memories are pleasant ones.

I'll never forget catching frogs in the pond behind your house, riding bikes up orchard hill drive, our days at Cheney and working together at HSD....you were always a good friend to me...

You left behind a wonderful family and a great legacy, my friend - just like you always said you would.

Until we meet again...

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I grew up knowing Wayne in Manchester/South Windsor CT. He was a better friend to me than I ever was - that kid had a heart of gold!

Wayne Ouellette will be missed, Our Prayers go out to his family. May the Love of God carry you through this time of grief.

Diane, Martha & Bianca

this man raised such a great daughter.

Wayne gave his cell phone to a young lady who lives in a dangerous neighborhood and sometimes she gets home after dark. Wayne was concerned for her safety. He will be remembered for being a thoughtful, caring man. ...
