To his family and friends, as I write this entry, Wayne has been gone almost a year, but I only learned of his passing a few days ago. I am very sorry that he is gone from our presence. I met Wayne in the 6th grade, in the 1960s. After the 9th grade, I had lost touch with him, until sometime in the 1980s. He told me that he was involved in a singing career.
