Not sure what to say?

Family of Wayne,
I was deeply saddened to hear about Wayne.
We had just become reaquainted over the net a few years ago.
We had so much fun as kids growing up on High Street; listening to his music in the garage and at the creamy whip Etc. and walking with him delivering Journal News papers on Campbell Ave and Dayton St. Sweet memories.
May your soul be at peace as I am sure it is.
Donna

Wayne,
You played your way to heaven and the angles will be listening to your music now. I know your Nashville friends are proud. We were neighbors growning up and school chums at Harding. May peace be with you. Your friends Linda and Morris.

Wayne,Being your neighbor when we were young always brought excitement. Never a dull moment. I'll be looking for you and your mom when I get up there. Love ya, Phyllis

Darrel Wayne Perry (aka Dinky) ... such talent, such spirit, such a love for life & his friends, what a tremendous loss ... Harding, Garfield, and all those years after -- a friend I shall remember always!

i've known wayne for 40 years. we played some music in the old days, and those were some great times. the last time i saw him was at our last high school reunion. when i heard he was ill, we talked on the phone but i didn't know how bad things were. i'll miss him. "go rest high on that mountain".

What a joyous reunion happened Sunday, when Wayne and Eleanor met in heaven. Wayne will be missed.....but his songs, testimony, and legacy will live on forever.

You will be missed, Dinky.

GOOD-BYE WAYNE, I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING THE REST OF YOUR GOD-GIVEN SONGS IN HEAVEN.

I am so sorry. I have known Wayne since we were teenagers. He always had a hug and a smile for me. I will always love and remember him.
