Wayne Shank

Dear Shank family, I just saw info ay the Highspire VFW. I send my condolences and prayers to you all.

I knew Wayne from my walks around town, stopping to pet Ivory and chat with him if he was out. I thought him a delightful man when first i met him. I don't think they make them like him anymore. He was a lovely , charming and kind man.

We will miss you at the wed.breakfast's on the third Wed of each month.

We pray for your family in your time of grief, and are thankful for Wayne and Jackie being wonderful neighbors. We look forward to seeing them on the other side.

Wayne, A wonderful life filled with service to your community. I enjoyed our many years at HPEMS. Rest in Peace my friend.

I only knew Wayne by our prayer breakfasts together in Maryland. He is as strong a Christian man as I imagined from your sharing. He had that same twinkle in his eye as you do Colleen. May God give you peace, blessing, and comfort during the following days. Pastor Richard Frederick

Spent many hours in the church kitchen with Wayne doing the monthly meals and sat with him in a lot of Masonic meetings. Will be greatly missed. Jay and Helen Whye
