Southern Tier Loses Big Outdoors Advocate: I was saddened recently to learn of the sudden death of Wayne Sheesley, longtime president of the Chemung County Rod and Gun Club near Breesport, and a tireless advocate for sportsmen's issues. Sheelsey, 65, died July 1 after an accident.
