Carl & Melissa ... I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I have lots of fond memories of him. Our sincerest condolences.

I was lucky enough to work with Wanye over the last 10 years at PHEAA. During that time we worked closely enough for me to get to know the real Wayne, something I think some others may have missed. He had a great sense of humor, along with a very witty and informed personality. Our conversations of life, death, and politics (his favroites) brightened and enlightened my life. Having known Wayne all my life, I was shocked to hear of his passing & extend my sympathies to so many. I will miss seeing him around Lock Haven & elsewhere, reading his letters to the editor in the LH Express knowing that he cared deeply about our town & where it is going.
