The Mt. Hood Museum is honored that Webb shared his Civilian Conservation Corp papers with the museum for all to enjoy.

Webb was a member of Friendship Rose Chapter #148 Order of the Eastern Star. He was a man that I had a great deal of respect for. The world has lost another selfless person that we desperately needed, but I guess he was "needed" somewhere else. God Bless his soul. Webb will be missed.

I am writing this on behalf of my mother, Mary Black, age 90.
My father, Jarvis Black, knew Mr. Harrington and liked him very much.
They were both devoted to the Shriner's Hospitals - my father was an attorney who handled gifts, wills, and endowments for the benefit of the hospital. He was also Chairman of the Board of the hospital for a number of years. I remember meeting Mr. Harrington - a number of years ago - at the Shrine Circus.
My mother wants to express her sympathy to...

Webb was a respected member of thr OSCPA Past Presidents Group. We will miss him. Jack T. Magnuson CPA(Ret) 1986-87

Those from the Portland Valley of the Scottish Rite are very saddened by the death of Brother Harrington. I traveled to Washington, DC, in 1985, and there in the "House of the Temple", was a beautiful picture of my dear friend Webb. Webb was "down to earth" and always had the time to converse with a brother. We'll miss him deeply.

Dear Denese,
It is easy to see why your Dad was the apple of your eye. You and your family are no doubt proud of your Dad. We share in your sadness and our prayers are with all of you.
Hugs,

Dear Denise, I read your father's obituray, and he sounded like he was a wonderful man. I am so thankful for the work he did with the Shriners. My son Chad had help with his leg due to the shriners. You and your family are in my prayers as you mourn the passing of your dad. I can just hear Jesus saying " Well done my faithful child." Love, Mary Tekautz

Denise,
My thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this stressful time. I know what it is like to lose a parent. May God bless you and your family.

Jennifer, Lois and family, Please know that my sympathies and prayers are with you all and with Webb.
"The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious unto you; the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace."
