Weldon was a fine man, an excellent engingeer and a good friend. We will miss him.

Weldon was a man who made a difference. From early in his life until the end, he was a person who stepped up to the responsibilities of life and did not shirk them, did not turn away, but looked them in the eye and took on the burdens without question or pause. I am eternally grateful to him for what he did for me in my life, and although our life paths diverged in the past few years, will miss him greatly.
