So sorry to hear of your loss. Mr. Crisler was always a warm, genial presence when we neighboring kids visited the boys to play football, basketball or cause general mayhem.

Dear Mary Kay & family- I'm really at a loss for the right words, I only got to see Chris twice in our lives. The short visit to your home and the extreme welcome I got from all will stay with me forever. Chris was a very special man and I know what a great loss this is going to be for all of you but especially for you - I know. Ifeel really bad that I was unable to get to see you all last year when I was up there. I really wanted to spend more time with you all as I thought that that would...

Dear Mrs. Crisler and Family,
My deepest sympathy to the loss of a great husband and father.
Even though I did not know him that personally, you should be proud of the children you raised.
I knew Mr. Crisler from the days of my high school when I and Joe Prevish came to your house to visit with Greg and Tim. I did not see him that much after high school except at UD football games.
During my tenure at UD, I Co-oped at DESC. This is when I got...

Tim and Jane, I am very sorry to hear about your Dad and regret that I won't be able to be there in person, but our prayers are with you and the entire family. Your Dad was always a joy even when, on rare occasions, we might have gotten into some trouble your Dad never got angry and found ways to get his points across in the most subtle ways. I loved seeing your Dad in his ususal spot at the Arena during games and loved spending those few minutes with him. Please give my best to the entire...

Suzanne, I am so sorry to hear of Mr. Crisler's passing. I write this with a mixture of tears and a smile while thinking of you, him and the Crisler family. I reflect on our childhood fun with your dad's smiling eyes upon us as we would get into all sorts of mischief during our growing years. His patience was a true gift - as I recall our teenage years, Florida vacations and again our teenage years. I think of Flyer games and the many halftime visits to go say hi to your dad. He always...

I met Kevin at UD and also met other members of the family. Although I only met Mr. Crisler on a few occasions, it was obvious that he was a great man. He radiated a kindness and grace that was evident even through casual introductions. When Mrs. Crisler came to participate in a project Kevin did for a broadcasting class at UD, she also had a special kind of . . . aura, for lack of a better word. I always saw this family as having many gentle and beautiful blessings. I hope that in your...
