Survived by parents Alexandra Kilpatrick Hoover and Alec Scott Hoover; Grandparents Joseph and Amy Hertweck, Christopher and Ann Kilpatrick, and David and Catherine Hoover; Great Grandparents Robert and Sandra Gardner, Bonnie and Herbert Kleyboecker, Eldon and Patricia Kilpatrick, Nancy Lowrance, Jean Hoover, and Antoinette Pupillo; Aunts Gabrielle Kalkbrenner, Amanda Aldridge and Caroline Hoover; Uncles Jack Hoover and Andrew Kalkbrenner; and cousins Lucas and Elle Kalkbrenner. Preceded in death by his Great Grandparents Richard Lowrance, Robert Hoover, Albert and Betty Hertweck, and Dan Pupillo.

Wells Scott Hoover came into our lives and made us into the mom and dad we had so looked forward to being. He fought so strongly to be our baby boy, and we are so proud to say that we are his parents. We are happy to have been able to love Wells as much as we knew how to while he was here with us for just a short time. Wells will forever be our baby boy and our angel, and we will forever be his mom and dad.
