Wendy was a great friend and fellow fraternity brother during our years at MSU. He was a great room mate who was always willing to go that extra mile for you. While our contacts were limited during the past few years, I will always remember the good times - the cider and donuts and his love for country music. He will be missed. Our deepest sympathies to his friends and family. Glen and Ellen Jeffes

WE ARE SO SADDENED TO HEAR ABOUT WINDELL. I KNOW HE WILL BE MISSED BY MANY. WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THE GREAT TIMES AT ASPLIN FARMS SINGING ALONG, EATING CINNAMON DONUTS AND KEEPING LOGS ON THE FIRE. I THANK GOD FOR THE MEMORIES.

Wendell was a wonderful brother and brother-in-law to Mary, we have known him more than 30 yrs. Our children rememeber when they were little and going on the wk. ends to hear him on stage in the cidar mill singing his favorite Country Songs and a course his delicious donuts and cidar, also they couldn't wait for the ride on the Clydesdale Horse rides. He became one of our Family and if it was impossible for Mary to attend occasions like our 25th Anniversary, he made sure he came in her place,...

As a fan and friend of Wendell's...I am so saddened to hear the news.
That smile of his was infectious! I always enjoyed the Friday nights that I spent out there pickin' and grinin'. Wendell sure knew how to have fun! It was so comfortable to be around him.
Knowing the example and Light that Wendell was here...Heaven must be shinning much brighter this day!
Thanks For The Lessons Wendell

Wendell was a fine brother and brother-in-law to Mary and Charles and they both revered him. I am glad, too, to have known him through my friendship with Mary whom he especially loved. My condolences to all his family on this tragic loss.
