Not sure what to say?

Dear Alison and family. I have such lovely memories of Wendell and the home in Hampton. I will treasure them and remember how peaceful and serene the world was then. hugs to each of you, Libbie

I still all these years later think of Wendell. Every time I pass his lovely farmhouse. He remains within many people.

Although many years have past since we last saw you, you always left favorable foot prints after our paths had crossed.

Thank you, dear friends and family, for all your wonderful messages of love, and appreciation of Wendell. Your memories of him as he was before the Alzheimer's shut him down have brought him back to me. A beautiful new spirit of happy liveliness has entered our home and my heart. I'm so glad to hear from you and know how much he was loved by so many caring people.
With my love to you, Alison

I'm so glad that I stopped in at the Willi Food Coop yesterday, where I noticed Wendell's obituary from the Chronicle...

Dear Allison:

I am thinking of you and your family at this time of Wendell's passing, and holding you in Love. What wonderful long life, so well lived. Blessings to you all,

I got to know Wendell when we played early recorder music during the '80's and '90's. It was such a gift to share with others, at the family home, his wonderful sense of humor, and deep caring for the land, and a multitude of friends who would come and go. Sending love and light to the family.
