Dear Jill,Cindy,and Stephanie,
I am so sorry to read the news of Windy's passing . I have many fond memories of hanging out at your house on State Street with your mom and dad, "back in the day". We always had a good time with them both .. Windy was a good sport to put up with us and our goings on. I know you have many wonderful memories of your loving husband and father. May Heaven Rest Him Now. My sincere condolences to you all. J.P.Dougherty

To Windy's family,

I also worked with Windy @ DCCA. I had no idea what a varied & exciting background he had. Sounds like he had a wonderful, full life. I know he was very proud of his family. I am very sorry for your loss.
