I only met Wendy recently, when she toured the Norris Cancer Center, eager to learn about lung cancer research. It was a privilege to get to know her and I prize the pictures in my office of her standing in the research lab with a huge smile on her face. She was one very special lady, with courage, strength, grace and warmth and I feel very lucky to have known her. My thoughts go out to her family and friends, who will miss her so much.

I knew and worked with Wendy for a short while when we both taught at College of the Canyons Nursing Program. I always admired her unique talent in teaching others. She left a lasting impression on me. I was not surprised to learn of the tremendous strength and courage that she held on to throughout her illness. My sincere condolences to you on your loss.

My thoughts go out to Wendy's family and friends. So many fond memories of growing up together. She was one of the strongest people I knew, handling the last few years with grace and bravery. She will be missed.

Wendy was such a sweet and kind person. We enjoyed getting to know her when our boys James and Sean played Hart baseball. Years later we reunited at our knitting classes. It was so great seeing her again. She was a much better knitter than me. She just did everything well. She was a special person and will be truly missed. My deepest sympathy to the Eberle Family.
