Not sure what to say?

Wendy was such a beautiful person who is thought of often. Such a tragic loss and I wish the perpetrator will be caught. My sincere condolences to her lovely family.

Although I live half a world away, in New Zealand, I am in Canada currently and opened the Toronto paper to see Wendy's photo and the devastating news of her death. Wendy was one of those exceptional people who brimmed with enthusiasm, hope and good humour. She cared deeply about many things and did something about most of them. May her family take some comfort in knowing that Wendy was loved and respected by many and that what she did in her life made a positive difference to many more - in...

To Michel and Family,
Our deepest sympathies to you from your cousins in the Higgins family, Joan, Brian, Kevin and Susan. We are shocked and saddened by your tragic loss and we send our prayers for God's comfort for you and yours.

To Michel,
My deepest sympathies. I cannot imagine.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome...

To Michel, Jinny, and both your extended families,

I cannot begin to express my sympathy for your enormous loss. While I only met Wendy a few times, she left an indelible impression. She clearly had a beautiful and indomitable spirit, which will live on in spite of this horrific and senseless tragedy. May the outpouring of love and support bring you peace and encouragement at this incredibly difficult time. My thoughts are with you.

To the entire Ladner-Beaudry family,

Over 40 years ago,I had the great privilege of having the Ladner family as neighbours and friends. They were a great inspiration to me in pursuing sports in my childhood as I was an only child. Many fond memories at Whistler and school days.It is with great sadness of her loss that I am positve Wendy's spirit will live on in the sports world she loved the most.

I didn't know the family, however, nobody should ever have to die under those tragic circumstances. My sincere thoughts and prayers go out to Wendy's family and friends. She will truly be missed. Rest in Peace Wendy

To the Ladner and Beaudry families
My condolences on this senseless loss.
