May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Remembering Wendy always, all those years working together,always walked in the ER with a great smile and happy no matter what was going on. She will be missed.

I grew up next to the Ortiz family and have known Wendy since I was very little. I am so sorry for your loss and my heart breaks for her boys. My thoughts and prayers are with you during such a tragic time.

I was possibly the first person she told about being pregnant with Geno. And what a devoted Mom she became! She was strong-willed as she was soft. Although we were separated by miles the last several years, she was still one of my dearest friends. My heart is shattered learning of her passing. She will never be forgotten.”
