I was blessed to have Mrs. Shalifoe as my teacher for both kindergarten and first grade. She was an incredible educator who helped me excel in reading-something I will always be grateful for. She was kind and patient, and even many years later, she always remembered me when we crossed paths. She will be deeply missed, and my thoughts are with her family and loved ones.
