TUCSON, Ariz. -- Dr. Wendy Tinklepaugh-Soloway, M.D., 65, a long-time resident of Amherst, died March 20, 2008.
Dr. Tinklepaugh, or "Dr. T" as she was known by her patients, was born in New York City Aug. 25, 1942.

Nick, Robin and Christopher -- I am so very sorry for your loss. I was shocked to see Wendy's passing marked in the NH Sunday News on the 7th of September. She was always a wonderful friend to my mother, Mimi, and to all of my family. She will be greatly missed.

My sincere condolences to Wendy's family. Notice of her passing was just forwarded to me by a friend. I am a nurse who worked with her many years ago, during the time when she worked part time with Dr Gene Lariviere. She was a most beloved person to her patients, their moms, and especially to me. She was a shining star - always upbeat, caring, and going that extra mile - she was the epitome' of what a Pediatrician (and friend) should be. I know she will be greatly missed.
