Not sure what to say?

Wendell was a great man and skilled machinist. I learned a lot from him in the two short years I worked with him in the mid 80s at US. He was also a great friend to my father-in-law Gene Krause from back when they worked at Botts Welding. I was having lunch with him at Wendy´s today and he started telling stories about their time at Botts. I decided to look him up and we´re both saddened to find this. Nearly twenty years has passed but know that he missed today by people who he touched many...

Because of you, we met, and of course married. We will always remember the great times with you and Pat - going casino hopping and having lots of laughs. Wenzel, you were the brother I never had. Frank misses you terribly and our hearts are heavy. We will always be grateful that we were able to see you one last time and I hope that you knew we were there. Thanks for the memories and good times. God will keep you in his care until we meet again.

We will remember a man of wisdom and quiet humor. We will remember Wenzel with affection even though we had little time to know him, and with thanks for being able to get to know him. Deepest sympathies are with his family and friends from Joe and me.

You are so much like my father. Growing up, I enjoyed listened to you both speak in German to one another and had fun watching all of those poker games. You made me laugh, and I had alot of fun exchanging Beanie Babies with you. I've missed you since you moved to Arizona, and wish I could have said good-bye. You'll always be in my heart, especially through my Dad.

Wenzel's legacy is a legion of family and friends who loved him and carry him with them. It was a privilege to know him, and now, to see him reflected in his children and grandchildren.

Dear Father In Law I will never forget how sweet you always were to me and my children. I wish we had more time together. I will especially be thinking of you as I have my other foot operated on. You took such good care of me last time. I miss you terribly and love you very much. See Ya!

We missed you when you moved to Arizoma.
Now we miss you more knowing we will never see you,but you will always be in our hearts and memories. As a brother you are the best. As a brother-in-law more like a brother you are the best.Rest in peace-miss you always!

You are so missed & loved.
Always there for me whether or not I needed a helping hand- of which there were many. Your hand & heart were always open. You have helped me so much in so many ways.
No you weren't a man of many words- what you said was heard loud & clear, softly & thoughfully & understood.

Give our Mom & Dad a kiss & hug from me. Knowing you are with them & in my heart, brings peace.

Love you Dear Brother,
Your little sister, Olga

He was the Captain of our family. His love and wisdom can not be replaced, he will be missed today and everyday. I have always been proud to be named after him.
