Werner Einstadter

I remember taking care of Werner's children as their pediatrician. We became friends and would play badminton at a community center, go for a beer afterwards. We visited each other's homes several times, sharing dinners.
I was impressed at how he studied for his Ph.D. in criminology while working and raising his kids with Connie. I went with him one time to San Quentin for a visit inside.
It was always enjoyable to talk with Werner- a cheerful and wise man and caring man.
