My sincere condolences to you all, I had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Alcorn (Sgt.) at the time when I was growing up. I thanked him every time I seen him. Not for me but for my brother who he influenced to change his life. I'm grateful yet today. Thank you again Sarge. Rest in Peace my friend.

Wes was a king man, my dad Harold Adams and Wes were Police officers together. My thoughts are with his family.

I remember Wesley as a strong advocate for persons with disabilities. He served on the Board of Directors at SVRC Industries. He was a caring and dedicated father to his daughter Diana

My grandfather was a great man. For as much he was a strong, opinionated leader, he was equally thoughtful, giving, and loving. A gentle giant, if ever there was one. He pretty much gave everything he had away in life and would do it again given the chance. Wes was always a strong figure in my life and influenced me forever. As a boy I remember Wes visiting my folks at our home. His barrel chest and kind nature always impressed me. My father and mother still talk about this wonderful man. Rest in peace Wes.

Wes was a great guy to work for. He was a friend of the patrolman. When he became chief he said his door would always be open for us and he was true to his word.
