Michael, Our condolences go out to you and your family. I can see where you get your love of history. Your dad's resume is very admirable and something that brings great pride to the entire family.

I was a senior at Ferguson High School in 1972 and Mr. Chesson was my Government teacher. It was a very difficult year for all of us and to be honest, I don't remember a lot about that time. I do remember Mr. Chesson because it seemed to me that he really cared that all of us leave school with a basic understanding of how our government is structured. He tried really hard to overcome the chaos of that first year of busing, and then retired. I had often wondered where life had taken him after...
