Wesley and Marjorie Davis

Another year has passed, and it is good to remember such a gracious couple. I hope all of the family are well and happy. This morning, it gives me a chance to remember a wonderful family. It puts a smile on my face.

After reading the obituary again, I can't help but remember what a wonderful couple they were. They left a legacy that few achieve. The grandchildren and great-grandchildren are from with all of them. special families and when I get to see one of them occasionally, it makes me smile. You would be so proud of all of them. I have been friends with your son Wesley and his wife and family. I love them all. Rest in Peace. Miriam Devey

What a truly beautiful obituary for your parents. Did not know your mother, but your father was a good and kind person to me. Had many good conversations with him. Knowing they are together has to be great comfort. Since moving to Florida last year I have often thought of trying to find where they lived. Would have loved one more conversation with him. He was a great man.

I'm sorry to say that I did not have the pleasure of knowing these seemingly wonderful individuals or their family, I just stumbled across this beautiful obituary. These two people must have been truly amazing to have obviously passed on a legacy so strong that it could touch a total stranger with such love and beauty.

What a tribute to your parents They were a beautiful couple. And they have left a wonderful legacy in this world. I know that the grandchildren and great grandchildren must have given them much pleasure. They are together and that is truly a special blessing. The Davis family has always been special to the Devey's, they have made such an impact at Moravian Academy. I love seeing them when they come to The Village to visit the other grandmother, and at games...

I don't know this couple or the family at all, but I just wanted to say God bless the lives and love of Mr. & Mrs. Davis. May they both rest in peace together forever. My grandparents went just a day apart from each other in 1992, and we also buried them together. I couldn't be sad - I thought it was the most beautiful thing I ever witnessed in my life, and I hope the family feels the same.
Some of us are never blessed to find a love like this in a lifetime.
