I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to family and friends. It's times like these when the loving promises of our Heavenly Father such as knowing that we can see our loved ones again can bring us comfort and soften some of the pain we feel in our hearts. 1 Thessalonians 4: 13, 14

Wes was my cousin--his mother Mary and my father George were sister and brother. We shared the same Norwegian grandfather--Gustave Amundson--and Swedish grandmother--Betty Magnusson Amundson. Wes was born less than a year after I was born--both in Mandan ND.

My parents, sister and I moved to southern Minnesota when I was in the middle of first grade, so we didn't often get to see one another over the years.....but I valued our relationship.
