Wesley T. House

Wesley T. House, 90, a successful independent oil and gas businessman of Midland County for many years, died at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, March 19, 2006, under the gracious care of Dr. Gregory Bartha and Hospice of Midland.

He was born October 9, 1915 to Wilbert House and Beulah Hardey House in Fort Worth, Texas. Wesley was a proud veteran of World War II. He was a member of First Christian Church of Midland.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Helen Fasken House, and brother-in-law, Murray Fasken.

Wesley is survived by his loving wife, Bonnie L. Crisp Proctor House of Midland, TX; daughter-in-law, Chris Proctor of Louisiana; grandsons, Lee and Reese Proctor of Louisiana; sister, Eunice Margaret Cloud of Florida; sister-in-law, Celeste Fasken Marcum and husband, Gordon, of Paris, TX; nephews and nieces, Gregory and Patricia Cloud of Jacksonville, FL; Glenda and Edward Cadorette of Lexington, S.C.; Andrew and Kim Fasken of Paris, TX; Steve and Paula Fasken of Colorado Springs, CO; Susan and Tom Hartin of Dallas, TX; Maxanna Mally and Terry Hanna of Oklahoma; Doug Hines of San Antonio, TX; Dewey and Patsy Crisp of Dallas, TX; Richard and Donna Crisp of San Angelo, TX; grandnephews and grandnieces, Billy and Suzy Crisp, Emily and Will Crisp, Travis and Catherine, Taylor and Ashley Hanna, Caitlyn Hanna, Mary Helen, John Crisp and Michael Crisp. Also surviving are numerous other nieces and nephews, and cousins, Dr. John Dorman, M.D. of Plainview, TX; and Carolyn Dorman.

The family will receive friends at Ellis Funeral Home, Friday, March 24, 2006 between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Funeral services have been scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 25, 2006 at First Christian Church with Dr. Tracy Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
