Wesley G. Jacoby

Wesley was born on April 20, 1988 and passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2019. Wes graduated from Mohawk High School in 2006 and served in the United States Marine Corp. from 2009-2013 with two tours in Afghanistan. His memorial service will be Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 10:00 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, 419-447-2424 with Pastor Jacob Yager officiating.
