Not sure what to say?

You were a great guy and good friend. The ride in the yellow 1955 T-Bird was memorable as well as our double dating in your parents black Cadillac. I hope that we will meet again someday. Rest In Peace my dear old friend. As ever, Chip Scully

My heart broke with the news of Whitey's passing. Geri, he was your love and mine too.....many years ago. Whitey and I were the dancing rage in the 1957-58. He was so great at dancing. Fly free my friend. Rest in sweet peace. Pat (Young) Metrolis

Well Whitey, I wish we could have met again before you departed. I'll never forget you. We had some fun times
together back in the high school days.
Rest In Peace old friend. You will be
missed by all. My sincere condolences to your family and loved ones.

Gail and Debbie,
We are so sorry to hear of Whitey's death.
I remember meeting him years ago and he was so full of life.
The passing of a sibling is tough. You, and all of his family, are in our thoughts.
Darlene & Brent

Over the years, I had lost touch with Whitey. I remember the days at the Flag that I owned and going to my friend Whitey's for a haircut & beer.

I'd known Whitey Ray back in the '70s but had lost touch until about three years ago when he recognized me in the Hwy 290 Bar. He asked if I still played bass and then hired me on the spot. We became very good friends again and spent many hours on the porch and, more recently, chatting and napping in the house. Sure gonna miss you, my friend. Thanks for some really fun times picking together!

I'm so sorry to hear of Whitey Ray's passing. He brought so much joy to so many people and will be missed by one and all who knew him. RIP my friend!

I was lucky to be able to play with Whitey Ray, and even luckier to count him as a friend!
