To family of Pete Bacote, we the Coulter family( George, Jennie, and Khevin) send our deepest sympathy for your loss. We were very late to learn of Pete's passing, but our heart felt sorrow was shockingly and deeply felt just the same. Pete was a kind, gentle soul who always was ready with sound advice and help whenever it was needed. He will be sorely missed. May Pete's kindness and loving spirit remain with us always.

Shirley, I worked with you in my job as a Field Examiner with the VARO in Roanoke many years ago. I want to express my condolences to you and pray for God's grace upon you and your family. I have many fond memories of our times together. You were a true professional.

I was saddened to hear about the passing of Pete . He was a great friend, and mentor. I was blessed to work with both he and Shirley , who both greatly enhanced my life thru their friendship and insights. I fondly remember watching his sons basketball games thru the years and know he was a wonderful father. The world was a better place because of his life. May he Rest In Peace in heaven.
