Wilbert M. Arnold

Arnold, Wilbert M.Wilbert M. Arnold, 94, of Upper Saucon Twp. died Sunday, October 19th, 2014 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He is the husband of Margaret C. (Csuvay) Arnold. Wilbert was born in Bethlehem on November 25, 1919 to the late Robert J. & Caroline J. (Miller) Arnold. He served our country faithfully in the US Army during World War II. Wilbert worked at the former Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 43 years as a lift truck operator before retiring. He is a member of Friedensville Evangelical Lutheran Church, Center Valley; Se-Wy-Co Fire Company; VFW Post, Coopersburg; UNAMI Fish and Game Club, Emmaus. Survivors: In addition to his loving wife of 72 years; son: Ronald C. of Center Valley; brother: Millard J. (Susan) of Macungie; granddaughter: Tracy (Douglas) Antonioli of Macungie. Predeceased by siblings: John, Robert, Norbert, Harold, Francis, & Hannah Arnold. Services: Family and friends are invited to call 10-11 a.m. Thursday, October 23, 2014 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc. 326 Main Street - Hellertown followed by the service at 11 a.m. The interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Hellertown.
