Wilbur, you were such a great leader and friend in the National Guard. You loved your country and it showed by your leadership. I enjoyed the years that we spent together in the Guard. I respected you as our leader and as a friend. I can truly say I have never heard anyone say that they did not like or respect you, that is an accomplishment not many can hold. You will be missed by all that you have touched in your life. We love you. My condolences to all of the family.

During my career in the National Guard Wilbur D was always there to provide guidance and support. He loved to play the game and sit around and laugh about it.
