Not sure what to say?

It doesn't get much easier, special days without you. Happy Father's Day,dad. Just wanted to say you were the best father, any girl could ever have. I miss you every day,I love you very much & I want to thank you for all you did for me & our family in your lifetime. For being dad, friend, confidant, Papa, all things to those who needed you & you were there. Thank you for the memories because they are what keep me going. Love you much. Miss you more than you can imagine. HUGS KISSES to you and mom

"Why I'm Daddy's Girl".
My dad was one great reason I turned out okay. He's the guy who taught me to stand up and have my say. If I could choose from all the dads, I'd pick him any day...That's why I'm a daddy's girl. He was the kind of dad who would hand you the shirt off his back. He knew the trick of giving me just the right slack. And even if I'd mess things up, he wasn't keeping track. Time has changed a lot of things but there is one certainty-His trust and honest caring guarnteed...

Christmas without you was diffinitely different-you were truly missed and mentioned by so many who life you touched. I can't tell you how much it meant to have a wonderful father like you and mother like my mom. The love you two gave to not only me but others will never be forgotten. I have always been proud to call you both my parents-the ones who others felt also they could depend on. I remembered the many wonderful Christmas house parties you guys had and how you always did your best to...

Grace & War

As a dad, you gave me your love, your advice & your support and that made me feel truly cared for. As a friend you gave me your time and your understanding and that made me feel truly important in your life. You were a really good man, my dad and my friend---And that is why I will always love you! HAPPY FATHERS DAY!

Celebrating my dad

Our first Father's Day without you.I can't tell you how much you have been missed. You are thought of every day, loved more & more, & will be missed forever & ever. I know yellow roses were your favorite & you are no longer here for me to share them with you so here is a little poem for you. "Yellow roses grow in Heaven, Lord pick a bunch for us. Place them in our father's arms and tell him they're from us. Tell him that WE LOVE & MISS him, & when he turns to smile, place a kiss upon his...

To Mr. King,

I didn't know you but I know you can appreciate this quote, “Music speaks what cannot be expressed, soothes the mind and gives it rest, heals the heart and makes it whole, flows from heaven to the soul.”

Rest in Peace.

Wonderful memories of you keep me holding on. You could light up a room, an occassion, a moment. You were a joy..a light. You are missed much Dad.

Lovingly your daughter,

Papa,
I told Sherry the other day that I regret that I didn't get a lot of time with Grace but I'm glad that I did get a chance to know you. You are not here with us physically but we feel your spirit all around us. Wesley kept saying at the funeral that the "sun is following us"-we both believed that was YOU making things brighter like you always did here on earth. Your love for Wes, Sherry, Aunt Romaine and ALL of your friends and family members inspired me. Whenever ANYBODY came to...

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
