Wilbur was born on December 31, 1942 and passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019. He entered the United States Army in 1960 then went on to graduate from Nazarene Bible College in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1973. Visitation will be Sunday, October 27, 2019, 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm at the Collinsville Dolton Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, October 28, 2019 at the Collinsville Church of the Nazarene with Rev. Tim Odom officiating. Interment will follow at the Ridgelawn Cemetery.
