Maurine, it was only in the last day or so that I had e-mailed Joy Williams Harwood's daughter Karen and asked about you and Wanda Gardner. I had met you several times when visiting Doyle and Joy, and at Joy's funeral in 1993. Then today, I saw the obituary for your husband in the San Antonio paper. I am so very sorry and would like to offer my sympathy to you and to your family.
