I will miss my friend so much .

I appreciated Wiley's friendship - and cards - much more than I told him.

I am so saddened by this news. Wiley, you wonderful soul. We worked many hours together with the Gloucester Housing Partnership. Goodbye blessed friend.

I'll always remember Wiley and Ellen who was my mother, Virginia's, best friend. My sister was named after her. I saved the last notes and cards she sent me before she died. My condolences to you all.

Wiley was a very interesting person and so kind. His grandmother Emma was my great aunt. He use to email his stories and I was one of the fortunate ones who received them. He should have written a book because they were so interesting. My condolences to all of you.
