Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Kirksey
I was saddened by the news of Mr. Kirksey's death. I know you miss him dearly. I also know that you have many great memories to cherish. He lived a compassionate and sharing life. Positive energies to you and your family.

Mr Kirkey was my first mentor and a true representation of the best character from a commuinty leadership point of view. How he role model being a father, husband, community leader and principal was encouragement for me to strive not to simply achievein my profession but to honor all of the core elements of our human responsibility.

Thank you for being there for me.

Edgar

Mrs. Kirksey, Diane, and Family,

I remember You and Diane - as if it was yesterday - visiting North Sumter High School, and inspiring all of us students with such intelligence, dignity, and grace.
Mr. Kirksey's superb leadership, encouragement, and guidance as Principal - provided us with the confidence and motivation to strive for excellence in all our academic and civic endeavors! He was simply the BEST! I am ever so grateful for his wonderful direction.

In great...

Mrs. Kirksey and Family,
As a student at North Sumter High School, Mr. Kirksey made a lasting impression that will be cherished forever. Praying that fond memories will also sustain and uplift you in your time of bereavement. He was a man of integrity with a unique sense of humor. We learned to love and respect him as a friend and mentor. God Bless.

I shall always remember the inspiration and help Principal Kirksey was in helping me to get a scholarship to Tuskegee. He was truely a great individual that was loved by the students at North Sumter. Mrs. Kirksey and family, you have my deepest sympathy, love and prayers.

Gladys and Diane, I will always remember the summer I spent there at you'll home. We will always be relatives as well as friends and I know cousin Wiley will be missed by all. May the Lord watch over you while we are absent one from another. I love all of you and keep looking to the Lord from whence cometh your help. Your friend and love one, Evelyn Brown Wilder (Red), daughter of the late Velvet Sr and Fannie Goodson Brown.

May God bless you and keep you in your time of sorrow.

Mrs. Kirksey and children, there is little that I can say that will comfort you in this hour of your bereavement. God bless you and keep you in this your hour of sorrow.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.
