Wilfred Eugene "Pete" Burns

I´ve been looking through all our photos for awhile. I have so many great memories of grandpa! I was looking for a card he wrote me a few years back, but can´t find it yet. He had saved a card from when he built the Hall of Fame, and sent it to me about five years ago with an arrow to where he laid the bricks. Dad always shared stories with us of grandpa´s work ethic and how he provided. I couldn´t be more proud to be his granddaughter. I´ve spent the past few years in "lockdown" working on...

I personally did not know Pete but felt moved by his obituary to leave a message. Hearing about his life and his wonderful legacy left me inspired. I hope to be a tenth of the man Mr. Burns was. Sending the Burns family my deepest condolences.
